Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build self-serve functionality for agent configuration, training, and deployment.
- Design configuration abstractions that support diverse enterprise use cases while remaining usable by non-technical teams.
- Build AI-powered, no-code tooling for creating and managing complex agent workflows.
- Develop monitoring, tracing, and analytics that help customers identify and understand agent failures.
- Handle agentic systems and critical production flows at enterprise scale.
- Evaluate new text and voice models and integrate successful models into production traffic.
- Own features end to end from technical architecture through deployment and post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate with product, design, and customers to define requirements, review designs, and improve delivered products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building software products.
- Proficiency in Python and comfort working across the entire stack.
- Experience translating complex technical capabilities into simple, usable interfaces.
- Strong instincts for complex systems, asynchronous programming, and failure modes at scale.
- Ability to debug failures in deep technology stacks using appropriate tools.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear product and technical specifications.
- Strong judgment about when to ship quickly versus invest in robust implementation.
- Preferred experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluations, or AI agent systems.
- Preferred experience building developer tools, APIs, platforms, or internal tools that became customer-facing.
- Preferred experience with observability, data visualization, or analytics products.
- Preferred experience building security-sensitive systems involving authentication and data access controls.
- Preferred experience with multimodal or voice models.
