Base Salary
$143k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Cover Northern EMEA, focusing on Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
- Work as part of a dedicated three-person unit with an Account Executive and Account Manager across the full land-and-expand motion.
- Lead technical discovery with prospects and customers regarding model training requirements, MLOps workflows, and infrastructure constraints.
- Design and present solutions involving ML infrastructure, GPU compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes-based orchestration, and MLOps tooling.
- Run proof-of-concept engagements and architecture reviews through to customer decisions.
- Represent customer technical requirements and product gaps internally to Engineering and Product.
- Document customer architectures, solution designs, and outstanding technical questions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture, ideally focused on AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or HPC.
- Strong working knowledge of ML training and inference workflows and how models are built, optimized, and deployed.
- Hands-on familiarity with MLOps platforms and tools for experiment tracking, pipeline orchestration, and model serving.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Familiarity with GPU topology, network fabric, and cluster architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from research engineers to infrastructure executives.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities across a geographic territory.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU architectures including H100, A100, and H200, and related software such as CUDA, NCCL, and cuDNN is preferred.
- Working knowledge of InfiniBand, RDMA, RoCE, and TCP/IP is preferred.
- Background working directly with AI labs, research institutions, or enterprise ML teams is preferred.
- Exposure to physical AI use cases and their infrastructure requirements is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is preferred.
