Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-users across trading, operations, and support functions to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, prototype, iterate, integrate, and deploy agentic AI workflows and LLM-based solutions.
- Develop production-ready prompts, AI Skills, and MCPs.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and translate business problems into technical requirements, solution designs, and delivery plans.
- Document work clearly and contribute to the team’s shared knowledge base.
Requirements
- A degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software, data, or AI engineering.
- Fluency in Python and understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLMs, prompting, and agentic patterns such as tool use, function calling, or MCP.
- Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, Docker, and containerization concepts.
- Exposure to modern full-stack development practices and experience building products or shipping projects.
- Strong ability to understand non-technical users and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Experience with MCP servers or clients, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, reusable AI Skills, LLM evaluations, or model benchmarking is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of quantitative finance or derivative markets are pluses.
