Responsibilities
- Deploy ICEYE’s intelligence platform into secure, on-premise, air-gapped, and classified customer environments.
- Build and maintain Docker-based applications and manage deployments in customer Kubernetes clusters.
- Develop APIs and data pipelines integrating ICEYE systems with C4ISR infrastructure and intelligence tools.
- Build RAG systems, AI agents, prompt-engineered workflows, conversational interfaces, and MCP integrations.
- Create data-fusion pipelines combining SAR imagery with AIS, RF signals, optical imagery, SIGINT, and other intelligence sources.
- Develop lightweight tools, dashboards, alerting systems, and automated workflows for customer operations.
- Work directly with intelligence analysts, data scientists, and military operators to understand mission needs.
- Rapidly prototype solutions, conduct customer training, and translate feedback into technical requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience building and deploying production systems.
- Strong Python programming skills plus experience with Go, TypeScript, or Rust.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG systems.
- Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, pydantic-ai, agent frameworks, and vector databases.
- Experience with Docker, secure or isolated deployments, APIs, data pipelines, Linux, and basic Kubernetes operations.
- Strong communication and customer-engagement skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong spoken and written English; native-level fluency in the country of deployment.
- Willingness to travel 40–60% to customer sites within the region.
- Must be based in-country and eligible and able to attain relevant national and NATO security clearances.
- Preferred qualifications include defense, intelligence, government, geospatial, satellite imagery, remote sensing, MCP, multi-agent, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, offline CI/CD, GIS, data-fusion, solution engineering, technical consulting, or customer-success experience.
