$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own feature development for web platforms including the Phantom Extension and website.
- Lead initiatives to support additional blockchains and launch new products.
- Interface directly with end-users and developers to gather feedback.
- Foster a culture of excellence within the team with each new hire.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with technologies like React, Typescript, and Solana web3.js.
- Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Experience in a blockchain-based project is a plus.
