Phantom is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead platform infrastructure, CI/CD, mobile release automation, testing, and developer experience for a rapidly scaling crypto wallet. This fully remote role combines technical leadership with hands-on work across AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, mobile platforms, and secure financial-product infrastructure.

Build core crypto trading experiences across Phantom’s web, mobile, and browser extension products as a Staff Frontend Engineer. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives involving trading flows, multi-chain support, and new products.

Own and improve the release lifecycle for Phantom’s iOS and Android applications, from build promotion and app store submission through staged rollouts, hotfixes, and rollback planning. This hands-on remote role combines mobile DevOps, release coordination, troubleshooting, and automation.

Build backend APIs, data pipelines, and services that power Phantom’s multi-chain digital-asset trading experiences. You’ll integrate trading protocols, own product features, and help shape how users discover and execute trades.

Own and build frontend features for Phantom’s extension and website while helping expand blockchain support and launch new products. This senior role combines hands-on React and TypeScript development with direct user and developer feedback in a remote environment.

Build secure, reliable identity and signing experiences across Phantom’s web and mobile wallet products. You’ll ship TypeScript across multiple runtimes while owning authentication, passkeys, onboarding, key lifecycle, and critical transaction flows.

Own and scale Phantom’s Kubernetes, AWS, and blockchain infrastructure as a Staff Software Engineer focused on reliability and observability. You’ll help operate the infrastructure behind a rapidly growing multi-chain crypto wallet used by more than 20 million people.
