Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and automation for teams across the organization.
- Integrate LLMs and AI applications with internal systems, APIs, enterprise tools, and third-party services.
- Build and maintain infrastructure, services, reusable components, frameworks, and tooling for reliable AI applications.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support AI adoption.
- Implement access controls, monitoring, observability, and operational safeguards for secure and reliable AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance, usage, and costs while improving efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks and bring practical capabilities into the organization.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background building and maintaining production applications, services, or internal platforms.
- Hands-on experience developing applications with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or open source models.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar programming languages, with experience integrating APIs and building backend services.
- Experience building AI agents, workflow automation, or applications using LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with retrieval augmented generation, tool calling, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and modern AI application patterns.
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise tools, internal systems, and third-party APIs.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment practices, monitoring, and production reliability.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions and collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes internal AI platforms, enterprise AI automation, AI coding tools, agent frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, MCP, enterprise connectors, observability, evaluation frameworks, cost optimization, usage analytics, security, governance, and access controls for enterprise AI applications.
- Experience in a fast-growing technology company with speed, ownership, and adaptability is preferred.
