Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and services that support Phantom’s trading experiences.
- Implement and aggregate new trading protocols, aggregators, and trade types across multiple ecosystems.
- Experiment with new trading surfaces and user segments.
- Own feature development for the Phantom Extension and website.
- Lead initiatives to add support for additional blockchains and launch complementary products or infrastructure.
- Interface directly with end-users and developers to provide support and gather feedback.
- Contribute to team building and a culture of continuously raising the hiring bar.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience working with trading systems is preferred.
