Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for complex Salesforce and enterprise application initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end designs covering system interactions, data models, automation, APIs, event flows, security, and operational support.
- Establish architecture standards, reference patterns, design guardrails, governance practices, and review processes.
- Define integration architectures supporting reliable, observable, resilient data exchange, including retry handling, monitoring, logging, and error management.
- Guide Salesforce ecosystem strategy across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, automation, DevOps, and related business systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align architecture with business priorities, roadmaps, delivery constraints, and operational needs.
- Mentor team members, document architectural decisions, present technical recommendations, and drive improvements to scalability, maintainability, data integrity, and release confidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, systems design, or SaaS platform delivery.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing Salesforce platform solutions.
- Advanced Salesforce architecture experience spanning declarative, programmatic, integration, and security domains.
- Experience architecting Salesforce solutions integrated with multiple enterprise systems and designing REST and event-driven integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, platform limits, security models, data models, automation tooling, custom development patterns, data governance, and system-of-record design.
- Experience leading architecture reviews, governance discussions, cross-functional workshops, and technical design activities.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and technical trade-off explanation skills.
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, analysts, business teams, and program leaders in Agile delivery environments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer are preferred.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise integration architecture, API design, distributed systems, DevOps, source control, environment strategy, release governance, master data, and adjacent business platforms.
Benefits
- Salary range of $170,000.00–$200,000.00 per year, plus a potential 10% bonus.

- Hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home is required for candidates within 30 miles of an office; candidates outside an office area may be considered remotely.
