Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines for sourcing, transforming, and integrating on-chain data.
- Implement data quality frameworks, observability solutions, and monitoring to ensure pipeline accuracy, freshness, and reliability.
- Build scalable, highly available, low-latency, and fault-tolerant systems handling millions of requests per day.
- Design and maintain efficient data models and schemas.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into backend platform solutions.
- Help foster a strong team culture and contribute to team building and hiring.
Requirements
- At least five years of backend engineering experience building large-scale, high-availability systems.
- Deep experience building and optimizing modern ETL pipelines and data engineering solutions in high-growth environments.
- Experience with Go, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks and observability and monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with on-chain data, wallet integrations, or decentralized application patterns is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a lean team structure.
