Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks and tooling for running ML workloads and benchmarks across heterogeneous Arm platforms and board farms.
- Automate workload execution, data collection, visualization, quality assessment, and performance-analysis pipelines.
- Collaborate with ML software, systems, and IP teams to define requirements and drive improvements.
- Investigate ML performance on future Arm architectures and next-generation pre-silicon platforms.
Requirements
- Strong experience in software development or automation, with Python required.
- Experience with modern Python development, object-oriented design, uv, and ruff.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub.
- Comfort developing on Linux or Mac.
- Good communication skills, intercultural awareness, and commitment to embracing diversity.
- Desirable qualifications include operating-system fundamentals, pre-silicon or hardware bring-up experience, workload experience on FPGAs, mobile phones, or development boards, understanding of ML frameworks, compilers, or model execution flows, and data visualization or performance analytics experience.
