Base Salary
$145k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect AI Agents using AWS Step Functions and Bedrock Agents.
- Drive the implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) across the organization.
- Design high-stakes automations with UiPath Action Center for AI-driven decisions.
- Manage vector database indexing and retrieval strategies to enhance enterprise search.
- Collaborate with Integration & Application Engineering Teams to develop user-facing AI tools.
- Lead code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain code quality.
- Partner with Product Management to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers on AI prompt engineering and UiPath best practices.
- Participate in production support and drive root-cause analysis for system resiliency.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes to ensure timely delivery of features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building scalable applications or enterprise-grade integration services.
- Advanced expertise in AWS services like Step Functions, EventBridge, and SQS/SNS.
- 5+ years of programming experience with JavaScript (Node.js), TypeScript, or Python.
- 1+ years of experience in building AI features with Generative AI or Agentic workflows.
- Deep knowledge of MCP, REST APIs, and modern authentication methods.
- Expertise in UiPath Integration Service and Action Center.
- Experience with observability platforms like Datadog or CloudWatch.
- Ability to work autonomously on large projects and provide regular feedback.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
