Base Salary
$189k - $258k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI systems for multi-step workflows across diverse enterprise content.
- Own the AI platform architecture to enable safe and independent feature shipping.
- Build evaluation and observability infrastructure for non-deterministic AI systems.
- Drive model strategy and optimize cost efficiency at enterprise scale.
- Raise the AI engineering bar by coaching engineers and building shared tooling.
- Ensure operational excellence for AI-powered features in production.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on distributed, data-intensive systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript, or equivalent.
- Experience developing and operating cloud services at enterprise scale (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Track record of full product lifecycle ownership from design to production.
- Experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
