Responsibilities
- Partner with account and sales teams to understand client requirements and develop customized AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
- Present AI/ML technical solutions, platform demonstrations, and advisory guidance to existing and prospective customers.
- Lead technical responses to AI/ML and GenAI RFPs/RFIs and present solutions in customer orals.
- Architect and design analytical applications for forecasting, prediction, segmentation, optimization, computer vision, speech, and text analytics across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Design GenAI solutions using first-party, third-party, and open-source large language models, including agentic applications.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for implementing responsible AI practices.
- Provide AI/ML and GenAI thought leadership and technical guidance to senior management, CxO teams, customers, pre-sales teams, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Deep expertise designing AI/ML and GenAI solutions on at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience as a Solution Architect designing and developing AI/ML applications.
- Hands-on experience building agentic and GenAI applications using large language models.
- Experience as a Solution Architect in a pre-sales team and driving the sales process from a technical solution standpoint.
- Strong experience handling large and complex RFPs/RFIs and collaborating with multiple service lines and platform vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting complex AI/ML concepts to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to provide technical advisory and guidance.
