Responsibilities
- Build internal AI solutions from scratch, from architecture through production.
- Translate business requests into LLM architectures using RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
- Establish scalable AI infrastructure for the company.
- Automate routine team processes and improve access to data and organizational knowledge.
- Develop AI systems that create measurable, long-term business value.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience developing and integrating AI/LLM solutions.
- Experience implementing RAG and embedding processes or configuring vector databases.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and context management.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with LangChain, PydanticAI, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with N8N, Diffy, or other automation and orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of classical ML algorithms, including regression, tree-based methods, and clustering.
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization.
- Ability to read technical documentation and APIs and work with logs and observability.
