Base Salary
$197k - $292k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of advanced machine learning models.
- Oversee preprocessing and analysis of large datasets.
- Deploy and maintain ML solutions in production environments.
- Integrate ML models into products and services with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and evaluate deployed model performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Design and develop deep neural network, recommendation, search, ranking, personalization, LLM, and agentic AI systems.
- Build and ship production LLM applications using fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
- Design agentic systems with tool use, planning, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Develop LLM and agent evaluation, guardrail, observability, hallucination-detection, and inference-optimization capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP and tools for data processing and model deployment.
- Preferred: a master’s degree or PhD in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with DNN solutions, large-scale ads, recommendation, search, ranking, user modeling, personalization, embeddings, retrieval, learning-to-rank, and user behavior or intent modeling.
- Preferred: production LLM applications, LoRA/PEFT fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, LLM evaluation, guardrails, observability, and inference optimization.
