Base Salary
$175k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve one or more mission-critical tools and systems.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and other engineering teams to develop systems and processes as business needs evolve.
- Solve real-world problems involving fleet optimization, field escalation handling, workshop management, and efficient mileage gathering.
- Work cross-functionally with mobile app, cloud backend, Waymo Driver, operations, product, legal, partnerships, policy, and privacy stakeholders.
Requirements
- A BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
- At least 5 years of backend or infrastructure experience is required.
- Experience with backend coding languages including C++, Python, and Java is required.
