Base Salary

$170k - $230k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer-facing software product.
  • Deliver polished, intuitive, reliable, and well-designed user experiences.
  • Balance execution speed, quality, and scalability while delivering features responsibly.
  • Collaborate with the founders and core engineering team on software product strategy.
  • Travel with the CEO to customer sites to gather user feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in web application development.
  • A computer science degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Substantial experience with backend and database technologies such as Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, or AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Substantial experience with JavaScript languages and frameworks such as TypeScript and React.
  • Experience owning feature development for a software product with outstanding user experience.
  • Experience shipping software at a fast-growing startup or on a small, fast-moving team.
  • Experience with modern supply chain software such as ERP, WMS, or TMS systems, or shipping and freight forwarding platforms, is preferred.
  • Experience with distributed configurations on hardware products is preferred.
