Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve backend applications using Java.
- Define and implement highly available, scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Improve application architecture, code quality, delivery-process automation, performance, observability, security, and stability.
- Identify and lead continuous-improvement opportunities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to solution roadmaps.
- Support technical discussions, architecture decisions, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree.
- Solid experience developing Java backend systems, including microservices-based architectures, corporate-system integrations, APIs, and distributed services.
- Knowledge of cloud computing using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience implementing highly available, high-performance, observable, and stable applications.
- Experience driving architectural evolution, code-quality improvements, and delivery-process automation.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary squads across software conception, development, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and participation in ceremonies, planning, and technology-roadmap development.
- Experience with API-oriented, event-oriented, and distributed architectures is preferred.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, test automation, and observability is preferred.
- Cloud certifications are preferred.
- Experience leading technical discussions, defining architecture, and making strategic decisions is preferred.
