Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Build scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday integration issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently, become a subject matter expert, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices within Workday environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.
- Experience developing scalable and maintainable software components using modern programming techniques.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Workday HCM Testing experience is preferred.
