Responsibilities
- Build production applications within customer systems using the Studio and Lens platform.
- Deliver technical artifacts for production workflows, including MCP servers and sub-agents.
- Provide deployment support for Infinitus products in enterprise environments.
- Identify and document repeatable deployment patterns for product improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and AI product development stacks.
- Define best practices for AI adoption and guide customers through the process.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and identify new AI deployment opportunities.
- Champion Infinitus's mission in customer environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role or as a Software Engineer with consulting experience.
- Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and deployment at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with production applications.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-organizational teamwork.
- Passion for advancing safe AI systems through technical applications.
- Strong communication skills for customer discovery and technical concept explanation.
