$200k - $350k/yr

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and operational challenges.
Build, deploy, and customize production solutions in customer environments.
Develop integrations, automation, APIs, and internal tooling.
Translate customer feedback into product and engineering requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues across application and infrastructure layers.
Partner with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities.
Own projects from technical discovery through deployment and iteration.
Develop reusable solutions that scale across multiple customers.
Improve deployment processes, documentation, observability, and reliability.
Act as a technical advisor and trusted engineering partner to customers.

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
Experience building and deploying production software.
Strong systems, API, integration, and debugging skills.
Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Strong communication, technical problem-solving, ownership, and independent project-driving skills.
Fluent English is required.
YC startup experience is sought in the role title.
Preferred qualifications include AI/ML systems or infrastructure experience, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience, startup or scale-up experience, complex enterprise deployment experience, LLMs, model serving, AI agents, developer tooling, or automation experience.
