Responsibilities
- Lead small Pariveda software teams and coach teammates in their technical skills and careers.
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-level cloud-based applications.
- Execute projects across the full software development lifecycle, including project management, estimation, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune 500 clients across industries.
- Collaborate with US-based colleagues, cross-functional teams, and clients in a consulting environment.
- Present findings, solutions, and demonstrations to technical audiences, non-technical audiences, senior executives, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous learning, professional development, community service, and social events.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience providing technical leadership through coaching others or leading project components such as estimation, task assignment, timelines, requirements, and design.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to solve problems and create and implement innovative solutions.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to varied environments.
- Ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, or Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Fluency in English for communication with US-based colleagues and customers.
- Legal authorization to work in Colombia.
