Responsibilities
- Lead the mobile app experience and own quality metrics including retention, crash-free sessions, and conversion.
- Design and build React Native features for iOS and Android using TypeScript and federated GraphQL responses.
- Take features from RFC through gradual multi-market rollout using feature flags, analytics events, and A/B tests.
- Operate, instrument, monitor, and improve systems in production.
- Influence architecture across navigation, state management, module boundaries, performance, quality, and ways of working.
- Work beyond the primary mobile specialization to solve customer problems and own outcomes end to end.
Requirements
- Hands-on daily experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, including managing context and setting boundaries for AI-generated work.
- Deep expertise in React Native and TypeScript.
- Experience designing, building, and operating high-traffic consumer mobile apps used by millions of people.
- Deep mobile engineering expertise across app release cycles, test automation, on-device performance, and platform UX conventions.
- Strong ownership, delivery orientation, product sense, and ability to support decisions with data and user evidence.
- Ability to collaborate across product, design, and international engineering teams.
