Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered internal developer platforms, including AI gateways, agent orchestration frameworks, retrieval systems, and reusable engineering services.
- Build agentic workflows that automate code generation, code reviews, testing, vulnerability remediation, documentation, and deployment processes.
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and engineering toolchains to improve productivity, quality, resilience, and delivery velocity.
- Build and maintain knowledge platforms across codebases, architecture repositories, documentation, operational runbooks, and post-mortems.
- Partner with engineering teams to establish AI adoption best practices, reference architectures, and golden paths.
- Contribute as a senior individual contributor to critical business initiatives and strategic technology programs.
- Define and track engineering productivity, quality, adoption, and business-impact metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
- Strong proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Experience building cloud-native applications and platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and platform engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD, DevOps, and software delivery practices.
- Practical experience with large language models, AI APIs, and retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, agents, or workflow automation solutions.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and agent-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to influence without authority, drive technology adoption across teams, operate in ambiguity, and shape emerging practices and standards.
