Responsibilities
- Deliver Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure, including environments supporting AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
- Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based customer-facing environments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure features with other platform team members.
- Assist support teams with complex customer issues and lead investigations of support tickets.
- Create knowledge articles and share technical and non-technical knowledge through internal TechTalks.
- Improve platform processes and tools, including exploring AI-driven automation for operations, support, documentation, and incident analysis.
- Apply engineering judgment when using AI-assisted tools and contribute ideas for safely integrating AI into infrastructure and internal tooling.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
- Fluency creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, certificate management, continuous delivery tools, cloud platforms, and observability tooling.
- Preferred experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure, networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
- Curiosity, continuous-learning orientation, resilience, patience, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.
