Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, report, and complete QA activities for development cycles and product releases.
- Review user stories, requirements, specifications, and technical design documents with stakeholders and developers.
- Design and implement end-to-end, regression, exploratory, and automated test scenarios.
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases and develop, code, and execute automation scripts.
- Debug issues, define corrective actions, document risks and test results, and track defects through resolution.
- Develop QA standards, procedures, processes, and best practices to determine product quality and release readiness.
- Collaborate across geographically dispersed teams and contribute to continuous improvement of testing activities.
Requirements
- Seasoned expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Seasoned understanding of SQL, scripting, software development processes, integrated development environments, and object-oriented programming.
- Seasoned hands-on testing experience with Agile/DevOps methodology, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Seasoned experience in software development, software quality assurance, automated testing tools, and Agile/Scrum development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Leading SAFe certification is advantageous.
- Performance and/or security testing proficiency and experience working in a geographically dispersed company are desirable.
