Responsibilities
- Develop agentic AI applications using tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Build RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector database integration, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration tests, and offline and online evaluations.
- Implement red-team scenarios and content and action safety boundaries.
- Rapidly prototype, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and share results with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Proficiency in at least two core development languages, including Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- Preferred experience with C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, or Bash.
- Preferred familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs.
