Responsibilities
- Architect and implement OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Lead Salesforce Industries development across CPQ, EPC, Communications Cloud, and Revenue Cloud initiatives.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and provide architectural guidance.
- Design, build, and optimize REST/SOAP integrations with middleware platforms and external enterprise systems.
- Drive Git-based workflows, CI/CD automation, Vlocity DataPacks management, and environment governance.
- Design scalable data models, integration patterns, and modular OmniStudio frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Lightning Architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries solutions such as CPQ, EPC, Communications Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations using middleware platforms and third-party systems.
- Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and Vlocity DataPacks.
- Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across business and technology functions.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and OmniStudio Developer.
- Preferred experience includes Agile delivery methodologies, Test-Driven Development, application performance optimization, and telecommunications, financial services, or communications cloud expertise.
