Responsibilities
- Articulate and evangelize technical vision for the domain.
- Decompose complex problems into practical and operational solutions.
- Ensure the quality of technical design and implementation.
- Provide authoritative expertise on system performance, scalability, and operability.
- Lead through technical contribution, cross-organizational influence, and technical thought leadership.
- Mentor engineers and product community members, develop technical talent, and participate in recruiting.
- Create communications, code samples, blog posts, and other materials to share technical knowledge.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize time for maximum organizational impact.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering or software development experience.
- At least 7 years of public cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- At least 12 years of professional coding experience in languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, or Kotlin is preferred.
- At least 8 years of full lifecycle system development experience is preferred.
- At least 6 years of private cloud technology experience is preferred.
- At least 8 years of networking experience, including BGP, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and data center networking, is preferred.
- At least 2 years of leading cross-domain architecture reviews and establishing programming and design standards is preferred.
- Expertise in strategically applying agentic AI-based coding tools to systemic development challenges is preferred.
