Base Salary
$123k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical scoping and delivery for strategic customers.
- Influence the evolution of solutions and product offerings.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance products.
- Conduct technical solution feasibility reviews.
- Provide support to the Professional Services Sales team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Smartsheet solutions.
- Support programs to enhance technical knowledge across the organization.
- Drive business development activities aligned with Smartsheet's landscape.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with the Smartsheet platform.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing advanced Smartsheet solutions.
- Excellent client management skills in pre-sales and post-sales environments.
- Strong solution visioning and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in cross-departmental collaboration.
- Experience mentoring and developing complex concepts with peers.
