Responsibilities
- Define, own, and improve the enterprise SAP testing strategy, methodology, tools, governance frameworks, standards, best practices, and quality gates.
- Lead end-to-end unit, product test cycle, user acceptance, regression, and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain master test plans, test scripts, and traceability matrices aligned with business requirements.
- Coordinate test environments, data provisioning, defect triage, and test execution across SAP modules including MM, FI, EWM, and SD.
- Act as the primary QA contact for project managers, business owners, and SAP solution architects.
- Communicate test progress, risks, defect status, and quality metrics to senior leadership and facilitate UAT sign-off and go/no-go assessments.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Test Management.
- Proficiency in Test Management, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking methodologies.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify potential risks and issues.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle and quality assurance best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education.
