Responsibilities
- Develop AI/LLM components using prompt engineering and schema-constrained output generation.
- Integrate Anthropic, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI LLM APIs.
- Build RAG or classification pipelines that map legacy actions to modern equivalents.
- Build and maintain a Node.js/TypeScript or Python parsing and conversion engine for Nintex workflow definitions.
- Generate equivalent Power Automate flow logic from XML/JSON workflow definitions.
- Integrate with REST APIs, webhooks, Azure CLI, Azure AD authentication flows, and MCP server endpoints.
- Develop automated workflow validation tests and evaluation harnesses that score model output fidelity.
- Document unsupported and manually reviewed conversion cases.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech., M.Sc., or MCA degree.
- Core programming and parsing experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience parsing XML/JSON and building parsers, ASTs, or rule engines.
- Regex or expression-language conversion experience.
- Experience with prompt engineering, structured output generation, and LLM API integration.
- Experience with RAG or classification pipelines.
- Experience with coding agents such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with evaluation harnesses and model-output scoring.
- Experience developing MCP servers and using Azure CLI and Azure AD authentication flows.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling webhooks.
- Experience with automated testing for workflow or flow validation and application-level testing best practices.
- SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administration experience is preferred.
