Responsibilities
- Assist engineers with a variety of engineering assignments and assigned tasks.
- Conduct limited-scope testing under engineer supervision.
- Gather and assemble data for engineers.
- Support research in a particular field when required.
- Conduct design analysis and calculations under engineer supervision.
- Assist with appropriate design details and complete work instructions on time.
- Build professional networks and support the organization’s mission, values, and culture.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current engineering student with some progress toward an engineering degree.
- Basic experience with C or C++.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build a professional network.
- Diligent, hardworking, and quick to learn.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active Department of Defense security clearance or ability to obtain one within a reasonable time after employment begins.
