Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineers on various engineering assignments.
- Carry out basic work instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Conduct limited-scope testing under engineer supervision.
- Gather and assemble data for engineers.
- Assist with research in a particular field when required.
- Conduct design analysis and calculations under supervision.
- Assist engineers with appropriate design details.
- Build professional relationships and communicate, support, and reinforce the organization’s mission and values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Engineering student with some progress toward an engineering degree.
- Basic experience with C and C++.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build a professional network.
- Diligent, hardworking, and quick to learn.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active Department of Defense security clearance or ability to obtain one within a reasonable time after employment begins.
