Base Salary
$100k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build front-end design components and pages using Claude Code to reduce the cycle time from Figma to production.
- Partner with member services to improve customer response times through agent automations.
- Specify and create data views for stakeholders and perform ad hoc data analysis.
- Own product features and experiments from ideation through specification, development, QA, deployment, and measurement.
- Create tools using Claude Code or other coding tools to support landing-page multivariate testing and improve marketing design workflows.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science, or 1–2 years of experience as a front-end engineer, product manager, or UX/UI designer.
- Excitement about using tools such as Claude to solve business and customer problems.
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code is a plus.
