Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs
- Design and build new UI and web components
- Develop integrations with third-party services and AI models
- Triage bugs, investigate production incidents, and contribute to postmortems and root cause analysis
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Ability to build and ship code frequently in a collaborative, iterative environment
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with simple, well-designed solutions
- Concern for scalable infrastructure and engineering processes
- Ability to contribute to the current Python, Flask, FastAPI, Terraform, GCP, AWS, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vercel stack
- Willingness to take end-to-end responsibility for deployed work
- Strong collaboration, communication, persistence, and initiative
