Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own ambiguous product and technical problems from problem definition through architecture, implementation, and shipment.
- Build data-intensive full-stack features spanning React interfaces, APIs, data models, and backend services.
- Develop AI-native workflows that help users understand, review, and intervene in agent behavior.
- Integrate with enterprise systems of record including SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
- Partner with product, design, data, and engineering teams to shape solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to platform architecture, reusable abstractions, shared components, engineering conventions, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
- Backend experience designing APIs and services with Node.js, Python, Java, or a comparable stack.
- Strong data fundamentals, including relational data models, SQL, schemas, transformations, and data-intensive application performance and reliability.
- Ability to take features from database through user interface and work effectively across the stack.
- Demonstrated ability to define ambiguous problems, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and iteratively ship.
- Strong product judgment, communication, collaboration, ownership, and attention to quality, security, and maintainability.
- Preferred experience with AI-native or agentic products, ERP/CRM/HCM systems or SAP, fast-moving early-stage environments, and modern AI-assisted development tools.
