Base Salary
$165k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline for technical blog posts, webinars, demo videos, and case studies from ideation through publication.
- Attend and deliver talks at developer and AI engineering conferences, own event strategy, and manage organizer relationships.
- Partner with go-to-market teams on lead capture and follow-up.
- Build extensions and plugins for popular AI libraries and frameworks and measure their impact.
- Participate in developer communities and surface insights to Product and GTM.
- Improve onboarding content and documentation based on discovered user friction.
- Drive developer awareness, engagement, adoption, demos, and pipeline through measurable programs.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an engineering or developer relations role.
- Strong commitment to serving developers and helping them succeed.
- Ability to create applications and experiences enabled by cutting-edge technologies.
- Strong technical writing and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
- Preferred: active participation in the AI developer ecosystem, open-source contributions, or AI application development experience.
- Preferred: working knowledge of RAG and AI agent development.
- Preferred: experience supporting developer communities, open-source projects, or user groups.
- Preferred: established personal brand and network in the AI developer ecosystem.
