$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve LangGraph workflows for SMS and voice conversations.
- Ship features end-to-end across a Python/FastAPI backend and a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard.
- Work in a multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres environment with account-scoped queries.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to catch agent regressions before they reach customers.
- Integrate with various CRMs to manage unclean data.
- Collaborate with the voice team on real-time agent behavior.
- Optimize the omnichannel experience across SMS, voice, and email.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of full-stack experience in a startup or high-velocity SaaS environment.
- Production experience with LLM-powered features.
- Proficient in Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js, React Query).
- Experience with multi-tenant production systems and account-scoped queries.
- Skilled in debugging APIs and working with event-driven systems.
- A continuous learner who thrives in ambiguity and is customer-obsessed.
