Base Salary
$100k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end machine learning models for production use cases.
- Build, tune, and evaluate agentic AI frameworks for connected, multi-step applications.
- Own the full model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, containerization, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Maintain cloud-based ML infrastructure on GCP or AWS.
- Write clean, well-tested Python code and contribute to shared libraries and internal tooling.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and analytics teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
- Stay current with ML and AI research and advocate for appropriate new techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Science is preferred.
- 2–5 years of professional hands-on ML engineering experience.
- Strong Python proficiency and production-quality coding standards.
- Solid ML fundamentals using Pandas, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost or similar GBDT frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience deploying models to production.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and the distinction between LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
- Experience with Docker and containerizing ML workloads.
- Cloud infrastructure experience with GCP or AWS.
- Preferred experience includes media, advertising technology, or marketing analytics; large-scale AI/ML deployment; MLOps and CI/CD for ML; Databricks; Apache Spark; Kubernetes; MLflow or Weights & Biases; recommender systems; GCP Recommendations or NVIDIA Merlin; and PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
