Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build features for Kiro, including model integrations, intelligent routing, and project context systems.
- Design and implement multi-model AI workflows and scalable AI infrastructure.
- Develop distributed, multi-tiered, multi-threaded software applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Own critical systems, define technical direction, and contribute to team operating practices.
- Work on real-time streaming, reliability, security, and large-scale developer tooling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
