Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement scalable end-to-end technical designs across AWS tools, APIs, and Redshift.
- Deliver validated conceptual architectures and define migration plans from current to future states.
- Write and prioritize architectural enablement work items and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Define environment setup and continuous integration and continuous delivery standards.
- Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and engineering on technical feasibility and requirements.
- Design secure, scalable, efficient, and responsive solutions and deliver high-quality code and peer reviews.
- Identify technical risks, issues, and mitigation strategies while resolving system bugs.
- Build and maintain lead ingestion, enrichment, scoring, routing, and feedback capabilities for AWS Marketing and Sales.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, hiring, and guidance to engineers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience developing and deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, TPU, or other AI acceleration hardware, or experience with machine learning and LLM fundamentals and model execution optimization.
