Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly available AI platform infrastructure covering compute, storage, networking, security, enterprise integrations, Infrastructure as Code, multi-region high availability/disaster recovery, and CI/CD.
- Design multi-agent systems, implement agent logic, build evaluation frameworks, optimize prompts through A/B testing, and guide deployment and operations.
- Lead technical maturity assessments, understand enterprise customer requirements, present recommendations, and guide implementation.
- Partner with Engagement Managers, Product teams, Engineering teams, and customers to shape technical solutions and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in hands-on, customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- 3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong Kubernetes experience, including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments, using GKE, EKS, or AKS.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, database systems, high availability, disaster recovery, networking, security, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
- At least 1 year of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM frameworks; state management; AI evaluation frameworks; prompt optimization and A/B testing; vector stores; RAG; tool integration; API design; and error handling.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.
- Enterprise customer-facing experience and experience conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, consultative, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on engineering skills.
