Base Salary
$170k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly available AI platform infrastructure covering compute, storage, networking, security, enterprise integrations, infrastructure as code, multi-region HA/DR, and CI/CD.
- Design and develop multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph, including agent logic, state management, evaluation frameworks, prompt optimization, and deployment operations.
- Lead technical maturity assessments and infrastructure audits, understand enterprise customer requirements, and present technical recommendations.
- Partner with Engagement Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to guide customer implementations and improve best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in hands-on, technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer, or equivalent unusual experience with the required skill set.
- 3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong Kubernetes experience, including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments, with GKE, EKS, or AKS.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, GitOps practices, high availability and disaster recovery, databases, networking, security, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
- 1+ year of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents, including experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Experience with state management, AI application evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering and A/B testing, vector stores, RAG patterns, tool integration, API design, and error handling.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.
- Enterprise customer-facing experience, technical assessment or infrastructure audit experience, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, consultative communication, implementation guidance, and hands-on engineering skills.
