Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Develop production-ready AI applications and systems using generative AI models and cloud or on-premises pipelines.
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models.
- Design and implement chatbot systems and image processing applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams, provide solutions, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Generative AI is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Generative AI is required.
- Strong understanding of AI model development, including training, fine-tuning, and deployment of generative models.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services supporting AI workloads and scalable application pipelines.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design and implement chatbot systems and image processing applications.
- Experience with DevOps, Machine Learning, and AI Agents & Workflow Integration is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
