Responsibilities
- Embed with sophisticated technical platform customers as a technical thought partner for ideating and building applications on OpenAI APIs.
- Guide customers in maximizing business impact and accelerating time to value.
- Experiment with and prototype solutions for customers.
- Manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders to support successful application deployment and scale.
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources.
- Scale the Applied AI Engineer function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing cookbooks.
- Validate and deliver customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical consulting or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience building and/or delivering prototypes on the OpenAI API platform.
- Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities to maximize customer business value through OpenAI APIs.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end, learn missing knowledge, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
