Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve production-grade software solutions.
- Translate product and business requirements into technical designs and deliver incremental customer value.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, patterns, and tooling that improve consistency and delivery efficiency.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and knowledge sharing.
- Apply automated testing, infrastructure as code, telemetry, monitoring, security, and operational-readiness practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, business stakeholders, and globally distributed engineering partners.
- Use and critically evaluate AI-assisted engineering tools while maintaining code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Support onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of desired work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience developing and supporting production applications with modern programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, quality gates, and infrastructure as code; Terraform experience is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with REST APIs and familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging patterns, or background processing.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework, Dapper, ORM Lite, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with observability tools and practices; Application Insights or KQL experience is preferred.
- Exposure to Databricks or modern data platform integrations is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous-learning skills.
