Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices, GraphQL APIs, and WebSocket solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Deploy and manage microservices on Azure using AKS, API Management, Functions, Cosmos DB, SQL Database, and monitoring tools.
- Optimize cloud resources, APIs, database queries, and WebSocket traffic for scalability, reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, and resiliency.
- Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Azure tools.
- Use Test-Driven Development to support high-quality, maintainable code with unit, integration, and functional testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of experience as a Software Developer, Java Developer, or in a related occupation.
- Three years of experience developing software with Java and Spring Boot for microservices.
- Three years of experience developing RESTful APIs, using TDD with tools such as JUnit and Mockito, and applying 12-factor microservice development patterns.
- Three years of experience with CI/CD tools in the Azure ecosystem, Git, Bitbucket, and SQL.
