Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components and business intelligence solutions.
- Build data models, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Optimize data flows and improve the performance and scalability of business intelligence solutions.
- Integrate Power BI with various data sources and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving business intelligence tools and data visualization.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of team best practices and standards, mentor junior team members, and coordinate with stakeholders on technical requirements and delivery plans.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Power BI.
- Ability to optimize data flows and improve business intelligence solution performance.
- Familiarity with integrating Power BI with various data sources and platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting business intelligence and data visualization issues.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
