Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom full-stack software solutions across frontend and backend components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs, including RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing applications using engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, focused on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, GraphQL APIs, and cloud-native development.
